This Policy governs all usage of fundouts.com and its services (“Services”) and all additional domains that are owned and operated by Ben David GmbH which get redirected to fundouts.com; including all sub domains (collectively referred to as the “Site”) regarding the use of personal and private information. - Any information provided through communications to the Site, including but not limited to, email, written correspondence, telephone call;
- Information that Users post to the Site in the form of comments, discussions or forums;
- Any required tax information
The Site will collect and process traffic data from all Users. Consistent with most websites, traffic data is automatically collected (independent of login status) upon visitation. Traffic data includes: (a) IP addresses; (b) domain servers (c) computer types connected to the Site, (d) web browsers or software used to access and view the Site, (e) referring/exit pages (f) responsive data usage patterns (e.g click frequencies). Traffic data does not personally identify a User but its collection and analysis permits optimization of the Site and its Services.
The information will be used to operate and maintain the Site and Services in addition to conducting our business. The Site may use your information of the following but is not limited to:
- Creating Member registration
- Identification purposes when logging in to one’s account;
- Enable us to provide all with the Services;

- Administer an account or funds;

If you make a fundout to a campaign as a registered User, the Campaigner will have access to your personal information (except that of credit card information) unless the funder elects to remain anonymous. Conversely, any Campaigners who accept a fundout will have their personal information made available to the funder, regardless of the funder’s anonymity. It is possible that Campaigners will hire businesses to operate and manage their campaign. The User gives consent that the Site and Ben David GmbH are not responsible or liable for how Campaigners or businesses operating and managing campaigns use your personal information. The Site recommends that you make yourself aware of the privacy policies of Campaigners and Campaign hired businesses regarding data usage and security.
You have the right at any time to request all the personal information we currently hold about yourself.
Should this information be inaccurate or you are no longer in agreement with the storage of this data, we will arrange with your instructions to the extent permitted by law, the change or deletion of this information. Data will be deleted immediately, unless precluded by tax regulations.

The Site in no instance shall post anything to a User’s Facebook, Twitter, Google+, linkedIn or any other third party website without receiving prior consent.

All personal information collected by third party processors is subject to their terms of services, privacy policies and any other documentation governing the services in which they provide. The Site and Ben David GmbH are not responsible or can be held liable for any violations of these policies by either party involved.
All voluntarily disclosed personal information or content posted in any public areas of the Site, including but not limited to, blogs, comments, updates and galleries, becomes immediately available to the public and can be collected and used by other Users. All users should proceed with caution before disclosing your personal information in the public areas. The Site and Ben David GmbH cannot monitor who accesses public information or how other persons will use this information, and are not responsible or liable for any unethical, immoral or illegal use of the publicly available personal information. In the event that a User’s personal information changes, any corrections updates, removals can be completed in the Users Campaign dashboard, under “My Account”. If you no longer wish to be a registered User of the Site please send an email requesting that the account is deleted and that all personal information be destroyed from the all databases.
The Site recognizes that a child’s privacy is of very serious nature. At no point does the Site knowingly collect or solicit personal information from any User who is under the age of 14 or permit the registration of Users under the age of 14. Users between the ages of 14 – 17, are allowed to register provided that they use the Services with supervision of their legal guardian. In the event that it is known that a child under the age of 14 has registered as a user, the Site will move with immediate action to delete all personal information. Please do not hesitate to contact the Site if there is any belief that we may have accidentally obtained information from a child under 14.
